james 70bb870050 feat!: add --fields selector, headers opt-in via --header 
Add --fields id,title,url,tags,created to list/search with strict validation. Table headers now print only with --header.

BREAKING CHANGE: list/search no longer print the header row by default; pass --header to restore it.
